Hope Pro 5 Freehub Trial/SS 135/12

This is the legendary Hope Pro 5 freehub suitable for Crewkerz Jealousy bikes and all other frames with a 135mm hub width and 12mm thru-axle.

The reputation and quality of the British brand Hope is well known in the trialsport, especially for their disc brakes.

Shooting star Charlie Rolls has long relied on Hope's freehub.
With this hub, you can upgrade your Crewkerz bike!

The freehub in the rear hub has significant advantages:
- Increased number of engagement points (more direct response)
- Reduced rolling resistance (the cranks no longer have a tendency to move forward!)
- (Possibly also a lower overall weight depending on the setup)

The hub has 108 engagement points where three pawls engage in three groups offset in a 44-tooth ratchet ring. A standard gear ratio on a 20" bike of 18:12 results in 162 engagement points!
(Starting from September 2024 the Hope Pro 5 Trial hub will be delivered with four pawls instead of the previous six, due to better force distribution).

The Hope Pro 5 hub is milled from high-quality 2014-T6 aluminum and features an elaborate new labyrinth seal to prevent dirt ingress while reducing resistance.

The large hub flanges provide very high stiffness when building the wheel.
Like all Hope parts, individual replacement parts are available for the hubs.

The hub comes with four spacers for the freehub body (a lockring is required separately).
