Your order is shipped immediately after receipt of payment with DHL/Deutsche Post (complete bikes with DPD or may GLS).
The shipping fees for German customers are:
- 3,50 Euro in case of goods up to 30,00 Euro
- 5,90 Euro in case of goods between 30,00 Euro and 200,00 Euro
- Free shipping above 200,00 Euro
- 25,00 Euro for one complete bike
The shipping fee for Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic
starts at 8,00 Euro without VAT, free shipping above 300,00 Euro
The shipping fee for Andorra, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary
starts at 13,00 Euro without VAT, free shipping above 300,00 Euro
The shipping fee for Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus
starts at 14,00 Euro without VAT, free shipping above 300,00 Euro
The shipping fee for Switzerland and Liechtenstein
starts at 8,00 Euro, free shipping above 300,00 Euro
Please ask for shipping rates for all other countries and complete bikes outside the EU.
Usually there are inexpensive solutions.

Cancellations & Returns
Under the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code, you have the right to cancel an order without providing a reason and to return any purchased item(s) within 14 days of the date of receipt.
The prerequisite is that the item is intact and originally packaged (resalable condition).
Please pack the item(s) properly and enclose a copy of the invoice with a note (e.g. request for refund or exchange).
Please do not forget to provide your bank details if you request a refund and paid by bank transfer.
If the delivery does not contain any fault on my part, you are responsible for the full return shipping costs.
