Your order is shipped immediately after receipt of payment with DHL/Deutsche Post (complete bikes with DPD or may GLS)

The shipping fee for german customers are:

    • 3,00 Euro in case of goods up to 30,00 Euro
    • 5,50 Euro in case of goods between 30,00 Euro and 200,00 Euro
    • free shipping above 200,00 Euro
    • 25,00 Euro for one complete bike


The shipping fee for Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland und die Czech Republic
starts with 7,00 Euro without VAT., free shipping above 300,00 Euro

The shipping fee for Andorra, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary
starts with 12,00 Euro without VAT.,  free shipping above 300,00 Euro

The shipping fee for Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Lativia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romanian and Cyprus
starts with 13,00 Euro without VAT., free shipping above 300,00 Euro

The shipping fee for Switzerland and Liechtenstein starts with 8,00 Euro, free shipping above 300,00 Euro


Please ask for shipping rate for all other countries and complete bikese outside the EU.
Usually there are inexpensive solutions.
Generally I answer the same day.



Cancellations & Returns

Under the Introductory Act to the Civil Code you have the right to cancel an order and return any item(s) purchased within 14 days of the receipt date. Orders can be cancelled without providing a reason.

On the recondition that the item is intact, original packaged = resaleable condition.

Please pack the item proper and add a copy of the invoice with a comment (please for refund, please for exchange…)
Don’t forget to add your bank codes if you paied by bank transfer.

Insofar I did no failure by the shipment you have to pay the whole shipping costs.
