This is the Crewkerz top cap with expander like used in Crewkerz Guilty forks.
With this kit it is possible to route the brake hose thru the steerer tube, so that you can turn around your handlebar without any limit, what is necessary for many street trial tricks.
The simple construction complete in alloy (bolt in steel) makes this top cap together with the expander utter lightweight and uncomplicated by mounting.
The clamp body has unspread an outer diameter of 20mm.
