Adapter to use a Post Mount caliper in a frame or fork with IS disc mounts.

This adapter requires a 20mm increase in the front brake rotor size when you install it on the fork.
If you install the adapter on the frame, you can run the same rear brake disc size that is used with the IS caliper and IS mounts.
