Clean 3P Crankset BB30 / AS30

This is the 3 piece Clean BB30/AS30 crankset like mounted in Clean K1 bikes and other high end models.

The special character of this 3-piece construction is the fact that both crank arms can be removed by its integrated remover tool.

Basically this system offers the advantage of significantly more rigidity and stability than usual BSA-systems.
Every pedal impuls is transfered precisly to the bike!

The bearings and cups are pressed directly into the 46mm bottom bracket shell. The oversized bearings are placed inside of the shell.
The freewheel is just sticked to the Shimano HG splined axle. Therefore it is easily to change even while a competition!

The complete crankset is forged of finest 7075-T6 aluminium. For a low weight there are generous, well-considered milled cut-outs.

This latest version uses a special nut, which makes the adjustment of the bearing play much more easier than the previous versions with spacers!

Part of supply is: 1x crank arm left, 1x crank arm right, 2x bearing cups, 2x bearings, 2x crank bolts, 2x crank bolt caps, 2x 2,5mm spacer, 1x 3,5mm spacer, 1x 3mm spacer (cams), (the 170mm cranksets includes a rockring with cams instead of the 3mm cam spacer)
