Clean X1 20“ Frame

Here comes the new edition of the legendary X1 frame in noble metallic blue.

Here the most important features in the short:
-Tapered headtube for full integrated headest (for further weight reduction the bearings are placed directly in milled bores of the headtube)
-integrated chain tensioner mount for insert (K1)
-1005mm wheelbase (above 150cm body height/12 years upwards)
-PM brakemounts

Various thickness of tube walls were optimized to make this classic frame even more stable.
This frame is made in high quality 6061 T6 aluminium alloy. It's equipped with CNC machined head tube, bottom bracket shell, PM brake mounts and dropouts made of 7075 T6 aluminium.
Two gussets at the head tube provide strength at this critical area.
The top- and down tube has a triangular profile for highest possible stiffness.
The head tube has big cut-outs in form of the Clean-logo to keep the weight as low as possible.
Also the complex milled dropouts have big cut-outs to support this effect.
Underneath the BSA bottom bracket shell is the 4-point mounting for the bash plate.
