Clean Carbon Fork 20” High Modulus

The new Clean carbon fork is build of finest High Modulus UD Carbon!
For the UD carbon manufacturing the fibres are not entangled and arranged parallel and are located next to each other without cross connections. (By usual weaving the fibres were bend, what results in less tensile strength).
The fork was tested under toughest conditions to provide highest stiffness, stability while being still very lightweight.
The tapered steerer tube has a length of 180mm and is covered with two layers of kevlar, to protect the surface for notching of the bearing.
For the bottom 1.5” bearing is a 45° crown race integrated – you don't need a separate one.
The steerer tube has a build in star nut with a M6 thread in the depth of 20mm.
This fork provides mountings for rim brakes (HS33 -  Spacing: 92mm) and discbrake (PM).

The brake mountings comes with extra strong inserts which are designed to work also with maximum brake power,  (like by using the Clean T13 brake lever for example).
The dropouts have a thickness of 16mm and provides changeable inserts (Inserts for thru axle and standard hubs are available optional).

Inserts are not part of supply!

For use of the open dropout inserts are axle bolt washers with a maximum outer diamter of 17,0 mm necessary!
