Fans Edge 20“ Frame

This is the Fans Edge 20“ frame with 99,5cm wheelbase is made of finest 6061-T6 aluminium.
The modern geometry with high bottom bracket makes this frame to a real all-rounder.

The headtube is made for semiintegrated 1 1/8“ headsets, to save as much weight as possible the front has big milled recess.

For highest stiffness top- and down-tube have a triangular profile. At the passage to the headtube are welded gussets.

The extremly stressed area around the PM- brake mount is massive reinforced with a strut to the chainstay.
The bottom bracket shell uses a spanish press fit bottom brackest (bearings are pressed directly into the frame. Suitable bottom brackets can be added as option)

Under the bottom bracket shell are four point bash plate mountings (bashplate inncluded).
