This is the new Comas 20“ frame with 970mm wheelbase (optimal size for kids between approximately 10 and 12 years).
The frame is made of finest 6082-T6 aluminium with butted tubes for as low weight as possible and simultaneously as much stability and stiffness.
The top tube has a triangular profile and the down tube has after the bottom bracket an unique curve to provide maximum ground clearance.
This simultaneously prevents collisions with obstacles.
The frame is developed for using bash rings.
The bottom bracket shell ends into a milled part to make this sensitive point as stable as possible.
The „seat tube“ is replaced by two slanting tubes, which stabilize the the seat stays.
The CNC machined dropouts integrates the disc brake mount with PM standard.
The head tube has extremely cut outs to save unnecessary weight.
